Julio Sagreras
The classical music repertoire for guitar is rich and deep. It's usually a classic Spanish piece like Capricho Arabe that draws us in and like many aficionados of the classical guitar, I probably play too many pieces at once and play too many difficult pieces (for my level of mastery). Master teacher Dan Cosley reminded me a couple of years ago to also include pieces at and below my level. It's good for sight reading practice and helps remind me that more simple works can be strikingly beautiful, as well. Las Lecciones de Guitarra, Libros 1-3 is a great way to begin exploring Sagreras.
